What to Send All ads submitted for publication should be in digital format at a resolution of no less than 300 ppi at actual, physical size (see above). A hard copy of the supplied artwork must be faxed to 403-275-5172 for verification
Acceptable File Formats All ads should be submitted in one of the following 3 formats:
TIF
(no compression)
PDF
(Distilled for Press)
JPG
(maximum quality)
Native application files will not be accepted. Production charges for additional artwork, re-sizing or re-construction are billed at $90.00 per hour (1/2 hr. min charge). Problematic files will be rejected.
How to Send

FTP: If Necessary CQ production staff will retrieve from your FTP site or instruct you to upload to CQ’s FTP site.
Mail/Courier: Send CDs and hard copy production materials to:

Production Materials All textual information submitted for inclusion in the production of CQ designed ads should be sent via e-mail as an attached Microsoft Word document. Hard copy images from film negative are preferred however, high resolution digital images are acceptable. The use of registered courier services is recommended for speedy and trackable delivery of ad copy and production materials.
